Wheef! Geezers ! It's been awfully long, well, at least a week or so since i last blogged. Time's running out here, definitely not to my advantage. No doubt i have finished studying my whole syllabus *crosses my fingers* but it's the practice time that i lack. It's just there are simply too many things i have to do. Many which often clash. PLus I am still giving tuitions while receiving them on my own. So I'm quite tired by the time night falls. Weeks of repetitive planning and planning of my schedules to fit the best slots for myself and my students. It's definitely not enjoyable, trust me on that. And yes, i have barely one week ( to scrutinise my productive days for study) and it shall be here. ha, sounds like the end of the world's dawning, in my case, somehow YES! It's Physics paper 3 first before GP. Physics i need darn loads of practice crap! AND not to mention maths and chemistry. My maths tutor's funny but he's nice and always one who tries to reassure me and calm the blur me. My GP tutor's the ultimate! He's so darn funny my toes could laugh on it's own if they could. He has this interestin persona that allows pple to really feel at ease with , not to mention one can even laugh from his sometimes melodramatic antics in demonstrating an idea. My Physics tutor's a stickman, ya that's what i refer him as. Gosh wait till you see how darn SKINNY this guy is. Standing beside him makes me feel ashamed and maybe disgusted :P oops. i mean, yea, his wrists are probably half the normal macho guys'. Haha, but aft issuing a 'warning' to teach me with more enthusiam, he really did put in more effort, and ya i must say i did benefit somehow i guess. I miss my ex chem tutor.. haha, not just the sole reason that he's cute and darn gd looking, but i guess it's difficult to tune to another tutor's way of teaching. Btw, he's quite rolly polly. whahaaaha.. well if any of my tutors sees this, i'm in for hell. *xp*
Rcently i've been gaining lots of my mom's complain and nags. I've been watching a lot of shows recently. Hey, they ain't any useless movies. Those were good ones that well somehow helped gained my insights for GP and chemistry. I watched Sicko and it was darn amusing the way Michael Moore tried to show the stark contrast between the healthcare of America and the others( Britain, France, Canada, Cuba) how far the extent he went (even as to make himself a fool out of it) . But he did hit the point and bring about his idea to viewers via he cynicism portrayed within. It was an amusingly fabulous movie i must say, and he has definitely proven his point: The healthcare systems. Go watch it for more details, don't wanna bring in the spoilers. Ha.
I've watch The Inconvenient Truth, featuring Albert Gore. One enlightning movie that provided some Environmental explanations for my Environmental Chmistry option. But yea, it's a great show, though it's in a documentary form. Al gore's charisma's alluring and he certainy speaks words with passion.
Next was Munich. Yeap it was out long time ago ( anyway i watched them all on dvds) but finally got time only NOW to watch them. Everybody, presumely most hope, heard of the 1972 Munich massacre of the 11 Israeli athletes by palestinian terrorist group Black September. And so, this movie reveals more aboout the secret assasin team sent by the Israeli secret intelligence to assasinate the leaders and pple behind the massacre. The whole movie shows how they plan, plot and murder thir targets only fear being targetted themselves. I must say that many ideas were passed on to viewers to understand that terrorism is almost impossible to defeat. Watch it..The main characer's quite a looker though, but it's really a dreadful episode to see innocent pple, athletes die this way..
Just a couple of hours ago, i finished V for Vendetta. Gosh, it was another great movie that brought along important points that usually seem hard to explain, easier to 'see' through this movie. Definitely, Words meant more than what they can represent.. Powerful thing they are. And V's another charismatic character in the show. Great evolutionist if he'd ever existed in real life, but hell if he really did. Britain would probably fall apart or something.
At least those were something nice to soak myself in amidst the theory and words. Suppose i work better wih shows and images;)
See the point that time really flies when one's doing something he or she enjoys, it's near 2 am right now and i had btter turn in soon for my tuition sesson with my student tmr morning. Til the next post then!
