this is an outdated post, was supposed to blog on tt day..felt too tired to blog. In fact, i'm very tired now too..but i'm blogging anyway.
I realised that I;ve been giving my heart much hard times recently. Jolting my heart with shocks, sudden jolts..Gosh, such that it hurts to some extent..I cant breathe.
Panic attacks itself already caused my heart to feel pain, suddenly jolting awake on the bus left me aching from the sharp pain in my heart( dunno why too), sthg that happened from home left me yet another bout of sharp pain in my heart. I wonder if i was about to die anytime soon. Perhaps not any physically inflicted deaths, but from heart failure sia..
