*HAPPY*
.i'm looking forward.Yea! I'm so happy! I had a day out with my Daddy! Woohoos! Suddenly realised i havn't had a proper meal with my dad since sec2..and so we went for dinenr together(= it was awespme..i guess dad was surprised but took me nonetheless and suggested some expensive places to eat dinner. But i thought there was no point to eat such expensive dinner anyway and i finally got him to decide on some fish stemboat at some old place. Yep, though the ambience standard's not very high as compared to those of expensive origins, i felt warmed by our little dinner.
Sitting at our table with my Daddy, i felt like a little girl once again who frequently went out with her daddy for little exotic meals. Yes, my daddy's the best dad i can ever have and i totally love him lots. Yep, and today we're back to having a little meal together, apart from the past zthe little girl has moulted into a teenage girl and the Daddy with perhaps more strands of white hair.
The dinner, though simple, felt like one special one which i have been reminising through the years. Daddy's still my good old daddy who never fails to pick out the bad stuff out so that i can have the good. He picked out the bones and left the succlent fish flesh for me, and i was touched by his gesture. I guess one will only realise what's important when sthg's gone forever.
After dinner, Daddy and I took a stroll around the Kampong Glam wanting to take a look at how muslims celebrate their break fast but we came late. Hence Daddy took me to Geylang Serai. OMG! The crowds there were huge and it definitely seemed worse than orchard roads. From afar, the people there looked like colonies of ants moving everywhere. Despite our dislike to huge crowds, daddy suggested we take a look and join in the festive mood( Hari Raya's like the day after next!) Was pretty interesting as daddy and I watched hana paintings being drawn, and the little pasar malams available. But we both agreed it was way to humid inside gosh!
After the little 'heritage tour' we had, we headed home. It was jus lovely. A day out with Daddy(=
